Immeadiate Opening! Fast paced dispatch office seeks experienced, detail oriented CSR with the ability to exceed customer expectations.

Key attributes -

Ability to handle multi line phone system calmly, accurately and with professional phone etiquette.

Strong computer skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Construction background/multi-family helpful. Knowledge of construction site timelines and ability to interface with construction superintednent.

GREAT attendance and punctuality required. Full time with required OT during peak seasons. Some Saturdays and evenings required.

Delivery/Installtion dispatch helpful not required.
