Job Summary: Calling OPT-IN leads Qualifying them and completing warm transfer
Call Center Representatives are required to make outbound calls. (Not cold calling)
The hours will be from
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer service
- Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as call quality, leads generated, and calls made
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
