Looking for a property manager for small apartment complex. Small family business. The managers job is largely coordination. Priority number 1 is to get units rented. This entails answerings calls, scheduling appointments, and showing available units to interested prospective tenants. The other portion of the job is maintaining the current tenants. This includes scheduling the plumber, electrician, mainentance man etc for people who have issues with their units. The job is flexible but will likely require a few hours everyday. You will stay in daily contact with the landlord who will issues tasks to complete.
Compensation will either be free rent to one of the 1 bedroom apartments or $800-1400 monthly. Please send your resume and interest to email listed.
