Our business is growing quickly and we need a Sales Professional looking for a multifaceted position to grow with us.
We are currently seeking a motivated outside sales professional to help grow our business and to support our existing clients. Our main office is in Tempe, AZ. The territory will be Central Phoenix and Downtown stretching to the Biltmore area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with new and prospective clients within assigned territory.
Schedule and perform product and equipment demonstrations.
Plan and execute daily activity which will include daily cold sales calls on businesses within territory.
Assist clients and prospective clients with product selection, equipment operation and promotion of new products.
Submit Sales Orders to our admin team to process along with required documents.
Attend scheduled equipment installations as required.
Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast paced, high volume environment
Submit weekly activity reports.
Maintain and submit weekly prospect and sales reports and update CRM information.
Attend Sales Training and Sales Meetings as scheduled.
Learn and become proficient on various products we represent.
Eligibility Requirements:
Maintain Professional Disposition and Appearance.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Must pass employee background check.
Ability to travel on occasional overnight business trips.
Highly Motivated for Success.
Independent with Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Desired Experience:
Outside B2B Sales experience in a high volume transactional environment
Experience with Sales of Office Equipment, Copiers or other types of Commercial Equipment used in Document Production.
Experience with selling custom printed items, such as: Binders, Index Tabs, Promotional Products, Presentation Products, Printed Materials, and other Branded Collateral.
Ability to convert a prospect to a client
Strong Closing Skills
Good understanding of various vertical markets, ie. Education, Corporate, Government etc
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of clients ie C Level executives, Business owners, Corporate Directors and Managers
Benefits:
Salary plus Un-Capped Commissions
Monthly Bonuses - Start Payout at 90% to Quota
