Assistant Trainer - M-F Prescott Valley

Guaranteed 40 hours, M-F 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

this position may travel at times in a company vehicle, with overnight stays.

Provides support to the Training manager.

Use of Excel spreadsheet documentation.

Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Lead groups in peer support training classes.

Skills needed:

- Organization

- Scheduling

- Excellent Written and Verbal communication

- 40 WPM

Education &

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Prior experience in administrative, accounting, claims, or bookkeeping is a plus

Familiarity with Microsoft office software and QuickBooks.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

Valid Arizona Driver’s License.

Clear a background investigation and drug test.
