Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Armed Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. We schedule shifts during the hours of 8 AM to 10 PM to provide comprehensive coverage. We are looking for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, possess or are eligible and willing to obtain an Arizona Armed Guard card, and have their own duty gear, including a firearm. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of standing for prolonged periods, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of our clients and their assets.

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.

- Monitor and control access to premises.

- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and incidents.

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and law enforcement.

Qualifications:

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Possession of an Arizona Armed Guard card or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.

- Own duty gear, including a firearm, is required.

- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Previous security experience is a plus but not required.
