Responsibilities:
· Organize paper and electronic files and case materials
· Learn to prepare correspondence and legal documents
· Transcribe dictation and enter attorney time entries
· Schedule meetings
· Communicate with clients and other parties
· Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Office experience is helpful but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to use constructive feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow
