Warehouse Driver

Midnight Moon Company is hiring for a Warehouse Driver. This position is part of the Kaladi Wholesale department, which serves the Kaladi and Black Cup cafes as well as hundreds of drive-through cafes, restaurants, and individuals throughout the state, the US and beyond. This position can be physically demanding at times and requires the ability to push or pull heavy items regularly. Employees must also have the ability to pass a DOT physical and meet company auto insurance requirements.

Warehouse Driver Duties:

-Load prepared orders into van/truck

-Deliver orders to customers in Anchorage and the Valley

-Follow route and delivery instructions promptly and accurately

-Log vehicle condition and maintenance needs daily

-Assist with general Warehouse needs upon completion of driving route

-Communicate needs to and from other areas of the Warehouse

General Warehouse Duties:

-Proficiently handle complications with a calm and professional demeanor

-Learn order fulfillment/production practices

-Constantly refine procedures to maximize accuracy and speed

-Implement new processes quickly, thoroughly, and enthusiastically

-Maintain standards of operation and order

-Handle product responsibly

-Listen and strive for effective and efficient communication with supervisor and coworkers

-Accept constructive coaching in a positive manner and works to improve skills

-Practice attention to detail

-Follow standards of professionalism and conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $17.00 per hour
