Vehicle Detailing Agent

Hertz Dollar Thrifty is hiring for full-time, permanent Vehicle Detailing Agent positions. We are seeking positive, motivated, outgoing professionals to help visitors see the state of Alaska in the best vehicles.

Pay is hourly plus incentives based on the quantity of vehicles detailed and damage found and documented. Top detailing agents this year are earning approximately $2,400-$2,700/month.

We provide a comprehensive in-house training package.

Qualified applicants will possess:

Strong self-motivation to maximize the quality and quantity of vehicles detailed

Positive "can-do" attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills a plus

Ability to pass initial/recurring drug tests

Clean driving record (low/no points) and current valid driver's license

Good employer references

Ability to pass a background check

Computer proficiency a plus

Customer service experience is optimal, as this position occasionally backs up our customer-facing Return Vehicle Inspection Agents.

The current positions available are 4-10 shifts, possibly working weekends and nights.
