Opening: Sales Assistant

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Sales Team Support: Assist with generating sales reports, presentations, proposals, managing schedules, and processing sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Customer Service: Engage with customers in the storefront, aiding in product selection, and purchases while addressing inquiries and resolving issues to uphold customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that the storefront is well-organized and visually engaging.

Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing documents and records.

Marketing Assistance: Support in-store marketing activities and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective in-store displays.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales support role is desirable.

Skills:

Effective communication and strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and capability to manage various tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
