Return Vehicle Inspection Agent

Hertz Dollar Thrifty is hiring for full-time, permanent Return Vehicle Inspection Agent positions. We are seeking positive, motivated, outgoing professionals to help visitors see the state of Alaska in the best vehicles.

Pay is hourly plus incentives for finding and documenting possible damage on our returning vehicles. Top vehicle inspection agents this year are earning approximately $2,400-$2,500/month.

We provide a comprehensive in-house training package with key sales concepts as well as specific dialogs to help our customers understand their responsibilities in the event of damage to our vehicles.

Qualified applicants will possess:

Strong self-motivation to maximize every opportunity to help customers understand their responsibilities

Positive "can-do" attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass initial/recurring drug tests

Clean driving record (low/no points) and current valid driver's license

Good employer references

Ability to pass a background check

General proficiency in computer and office program use

Familiarity with automobiles a plus

The current positions available are 4-10 shifts, possibly working weekends and nights.
