Rental Sales Agent

Hertz Dollar Thrifty is hiring for full-time, permanent Rental Sales Agent positions. We are seeking positive, motivated, outgoing professional salespeople to help visitors see the state of Alaska in the best vehicles.

Pay is hourly plus commission on incremental salesupgrades, protection, fuel, and other services. Top sales agents this year are earning approximately $10000+/month in the summer and $5,000/month in the winter.

We provide a comprehensive in-house training package with key sales concepts as well as specific dialogs to use in recommending products and overcoming objections.

Qualified applicants will possess:

Strong self-motivation to maximize every sales opportunity, recommend our products, and overcome objections

Positive "can-do" attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass initial/recurring drug tests

Clean driving record (low/no points) and current valid driver's license

Good employer references

Ability to pass a background check

General proficiency in computer and office program use

Previous commissioned sales experience required.
