Night Kitchen Supervisor for Silver Gulch
Looking for a talented individual to join our team. We are an Alaskan owned restaurant located in Ted Stevens Airport and are not affiliated with any other venue. We operate 20 hours a day 7 days a week and are consistently busy.
Job duties to include but not limited to:
Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Keeping track of employees’ hours
Supervising night shift operations
Appraising staff performance
Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
