Opening for a motivated medical assistant / receptionist for General Medical Practice located at the Providence Hospital Campus in Anchorage
Position requires proficiency in medical billing, computer applications, answering telephones, making appointments, check in-check out, collections and updating and maintaining patient medical records. Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding is preferred.
Applicant should be a fast learner, self-motivated and be able to multitask. This job requires good communication skills.
Medical assistant diploma or certification preferred but not required.
