We're seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals who will adhere to protocols within the support parameters of Tex R Us LLC (TRU) systems, security guidelines, and contractual/licensing agreements set by the client and all applicable vendors. The following objectives are a brief overview of what daily tasks to expect.
Job Description:
Provide tier 1 support for M365 applications.
Monitor incoming client calls and report any issues impacting daily operations.
Make a timely assessment of issues requiring escalation; escalate without undue delay. Inform users of status by making follow-up calls to determine problem resolution.
Monitor IT Helpdesk email (incoming help requests) and outage notifications.
Update the Helpdesk of any outages, notable exceptions or instructions, or any information and scenarios outside the normal scope of the Help Desk.
Report outages to the Helpdesk team or Helpdesk Supervisor if necessary.
Send out alerts regarding system outages.
Other specific skills required:
Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Experience with MS365 Office.
Experience with ticketing/issue tracking/help desk systems.
Experience with Adobe, Gmail, or equivalent software in business environments.
1 YR College or Vocational School Experience (Preferred)
Rotating Shift Requirements
Driver's license and Transportation Required
Must be 18 YRS or older.
Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 Hour DOE (Depends on Experience)
Benefits Provided: Medical, Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, and Paid-Time-Off
Other Benefits: Gas allowance, Travel Allowance, and Cellular Use Allowance
Full Time (40 Hours or More)
