The Prince William Sound Regional Citizens’ Advisory Council is hiring a full-time Director of Administration to work in the Council’s Anchorage, Alaska office!

The Director of Administration functions as an important member of the management team. Responsibilities include:

general administration and management functions

ensuring good governance practices and adherence to adopted policies and procedures

oversight of human resources functions

oversight and coordination of the Long Range Planning Committee process

management functions related to company insurance, travel, procurement, and contracting policies

oversight of the document management and information technology functions

assisting the Executive Director and Financial Manager with internal financial controls.

promote a positive work environment that fosters a collaborative team approach among staff and volunteers.

Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, a related and relevant field, or substantial and equivalent experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in management, preferably for a non-profit organization with a Board of Directors.
