Charter Captain Wanted

We have an opportunity for a skilled charter Captain to join our charter company. We are currently seeking a full-time Captain for the 2024 season which is May 15th through September 15th. This position is on an inspected vessel targeting halibut on both full and half day charters. If you have a USCG 25 ton captain's license or larger, and a clean driver's abstract we want to hear from you!

As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessel. Your duties will include navigating coastal waters, supervising crew members, maintaining vessel logs, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. We keep it classy on our vessels and our boats are all non-smoking. We strongly believe in getting top reviews and bonus our crew based on getting them.

To qualify for this position, you must be able to pass pre-employment as well as periodic random drug testing. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and holidays.
