Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. The successful candidate will have experience in metal forming and automotive industries, with a strong background in quality engineering. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards in the industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures that ensure our products meet customer requirements and specifications. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for metal forming and automotive products.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Analyze data and identify trends to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
• Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Provide training and support to production teams on quality control processes and procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering in metal forming and automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
