  • BS in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain (or a related field). A minimum of 2 or more years of applicable experience will also satisfy the BS degree requirement.
  • Analytical ability to quickly learn systems and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Strong customer service background supporting system users and leading training sessions for user population.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to partner with end users listening to their issue and collaborate during troubleshooting.
  • Preferred candidate has experience with Costpoint (ERP) or other related systems relative to implementation.
  • Preferred candidate has experience managing or serving as a critical team member for system tool or web application projects.
