House Remodeler Needed for Dothan Real Estate mgmt Company local only

Experienced, Multifaceted, Dothan-based Remodelers Needed!

This position is for a Full-time Good-paying long term position. (we have been in business over 20 years).

Maintenance and Repair of existing and just purchased (sometimes badly distressed) houses in Dothan and 35 mile radius. Repairs, Finish Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Flooring, Cleaning, Rough Carpentry, Electrical, Kitchen and Bath remodeling, Air conditioning, Refinishing etc.

Must have own power tools, hand tools, drivers license (with insurance). Reliable Truck, SUV or Van with your tools in it that you will be driving every day. (Trailer helpful)

I am not looking for a helper but for somebody who is self motivated and writes their own notes down. You will be required to operate your cellphone camera, send pics, answer phone calls, texts and email bill. Pay is dependent upon your proven level of efficient job fulfillment and expedited completion.

Pay and bonuses increase with tenure.

Must have at least 5 years experience and provide at least 3 actual job references with phone numbers. No felonies, no alcoholics, no druggies, no con-men or thieves. We need somebody we can trust and to be honest. This is a long term position with advancement, not a one time gig.

NO 'OUT OF TOWN' crews need apply. You must reside within 25 miles of Dothan for this to be practical. We do not need a Crew, only a sole proprietor ( I will consider paying/contracting with your helper/partner)

We are ready to hire/contract with immediately. You can work on weekends in addition to weekdays if you like, we have and keep a large backlog. FULLTIME PAY FOR FULLTIME WORK. The more you work and produce the more you are paid. Minimum expected pay for a full 5day week of professional work $1000. (More for efficient production! And bonuses!) Flexible hours but normal schedule 7-8am to 5-6pm (you can work later we have plenty of work). You will be paid for every day you work there are no " Rain days" since we have plenty of inside work.
