Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Civil Site Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a wide range of civil engineering projects, including multitude of building types including, Education, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Transportation, Subdivision, Utility, and more You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects, including multitude of building types including, Education, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Transportation, Subdivision, Utility, and more.
• Develop detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
• Conduct site investigations and prepare reports on site conditions, including soil type, topography, and drainage patterns
• Use Hydrologic & Hydraulic modeling and Hydrology models to design stormwater management systems
• Work with AutoCAD and ALDOT to prepare detailed drawings and plans
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams during the construction phase of projects
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects meet all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in civil site design and engineering
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management and hydrology
• Experience with Hydrologic & Hydraulic modeling and Hydrology models
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ALDOT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
