Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Remote (with preference to someone who can eventually relocate to one of the offices - Carolinas, NY or Austin) Pay Rate: competitive Contract Type: 6-month CTH Work Authorization: W2 authorization required Interview Process: 1 round, 1 hour final - decision same day (very technical interview and communication plays a big role) Key Skills:
- Salesforce Apex development, including Lightning Web Components
- Understand and work in an agile development environment with the ability to work on numerous stories and issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Active participation in peer design reviews to ensure that we deliver the highest quality solutions
- Problem solver and focal point during severity 1 and critical situations
- Teamwork with peers, other managers, and teams across the company
- Mentoring and coaching of junior Apex developers on the team
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies and three years of experience with Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning Web Component development
- Exceptional Salesforce debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and automated testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Certifications preferred
