Creative project manager / creative strategist Direct end client offsite till COVID

ResponsibilitiesThe Creative Project Manager is responsible for guiding the process between internal stakeholders and our in-house creative teams, resourcing, prioritizing and managing the execution of projects within the assigned verticals from beginning to end.- Grow CKM marketing requests- BAU/email, product placements- Digital and social requestsCreate and manage the timeline of multiple projects from intake through delivery. Deliverables include emails, banner ads, landing pages, and videos vet all project requests.Initiate and assign resources Monitor the flow of work through the department to ensure timely deliveries Prioritize project schedules and balance workload across the team.Identify and communicate risk in projects/programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken.Provide context, impact analysis, and present alternatives (be a problem solver). Proactive communication of project status.Partner closely with marketing stakeholders and creative team on project scope, timing and next steps Exemplify accountability, clear communication, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and shared goals Relationship buildingAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with creative team and marketing partners Meet team communication needs and own tracking/coordination tools for project management.4-6 years in-house or agency project management experience
