Commercial and Residential Demo and Remodel

Local company in business for 25 years is looking to hire a reliable person for a general labor position who will be working in and around Santa Fe.

Typically six projects happening at any time, in all seasons, and in all phases of construction. There are many different tasks to be done in any given week; from pouring floors, framing, installing appliances, windows, doors, demolishing interiors to fetching materials and of course, sweeping and vacuuming debris.

This PARTICULAR position will be starting out on a demo and remodel of a commerical space in Santa Fe. You will be working alongside one other person at most times, and will sometimes assist a very experienced cabinet maker with finish-carpentry related tasks in the field and in a carpentry shop.

What you MUST have to be considered for this position:

Reliable brains to use a tape measure.

Reliable vehicle, 4x4 pickup truck preferred.

Reliable hand tools, basic power tools preferred.

Reliable PPE, steel or composite toe boots preferred.

Reliable attendance and go-getter attitude.

Reliable physical fitness and willingness to sweat.
