Banyan Botanicals: Quality Control Botanical Specialist

Banyan Botanicals is seeking a Botanical Specialist to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years experience with Ayurveda, herbalism and/or botany. This job is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package, 401k, sick pay, paid time off and other employee benefits.

The Quality Control Botanical Specialist is responsible for inspecting raw materials and shipments, product sampling, in-process production checks, and releasing raw materials and finished product. We strive to produce products of the highest quality and botanical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, strong commitment to accuracy and process will be important in ensuring our products meet the highest of standards every time. The QC Botanical Specialist will also be responsible for keeping records of sampled product and matching test results with the correct paperwork. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are all vital to this role.
