At-Sea Fish Processor

Seattle based fishing company seeking Seafood Processors for Seasonal Employment onboard catcher processor vessels over 275ft.

While on contract, employees live and work onboard the vessel. Seasonal contracts are signed by season. Contract lengths vary depending upon season and production needs.

Compensation is crew share based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing various duties in the Processing Factory, as assigned by the Factory Management Team. Duties may include:

o Sorting

o Packing

o Ensuring product quality

o Machine operation

o Case up/boxing of frozen product

o Lifting/Stacking frozen product

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to adapt to a fast paced, quality oriented environment

Lifting up to 50lbs

Work periods 12-16hrs per day, 7 days a week for the duration of the contract

Willing to participate in all safety drills and meetings.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

All candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

All candidates must pass a pre-employment Drug Screen, Wellness screen and Background check.
