Administrative Assistants for small law office. MUST live in Broward County. Must be outgoing, dependable and be able to multitask. MUST be a non smoker. MUST love dogs. Must be able to type. Duties will include, answering incoming calls, returning calls, reviewing and responding to emails, checking mail, organizing office and files. Must be able to run errands. Must have a good driving record. Possible room for advancement and growth with the office. We have two positions. Work hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5:30pm. Or, part time Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. We have garage parking. Access to gym, pool and clubroom in building. Send resume and bio about yourself.
