Remote Senior Software Developer - React

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing Nationwide Technology Company is looking for an experienced Remote Senior Software Developer with strong React experience to join their growing engineering team. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This position is 100% Remote. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, etc. The Senior Software Developer should be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision and should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.If you thrive in a collaborative environment of talented, supportive, results-driven, and customer-focused teammates, this is the place for you!Responsibilities: Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including planning, refinement, standups ReactJS talking to backend microservices Work closely with product/program management, engineering leadership, QA, and design to help bring the best product experience to production Implement and develop new features and functionality in React Write unit and automation tests and contribute to our CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) capabilities Mentor junior team membersREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience 5-8+ years of professional software development experience At least 2-4+ years of coding proficiency in React TypeScript, C#, Microservices are plusses but not necessarily required Knowledgeable of best practices with React state management Tech Lead experience preferred or the desire to mentor less experienced developers Familiar with Agile concepts Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Self-starter with high level of initiative Ability to pay high attention to detail, troubleshoot, and analyze Commitment to department and company goals Experience with Jest and testing-library is a plus .NET experience is a plus but not requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
