Help Desk Associate (4074)

Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a

Duties for this position will include:Under the supervision of the Help Desk Manager this candidate will perform troubleshooting and support for all providedhardware and software solutions.

Skills required:

• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, with the ability to interact with folks requesting help in a professional and timely manner
• At least 2 years of support experience with Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2019
• At least 2 years' experience with Network and Printer troubleshooting
• Must be proficient in typing skills and be able to multi-task
• Ability to take detailed notes and turn those notes into detailed and easily understandable tickets to be entered into clients ticket management system
• Ability to work any 8 hour shift between 6am and 5pm CST M-F (Scheduled shift is M-F 7am-3pm CST, but could change depending on team need) No night or weekend support in required

Nice to have:

• Prior Help Desk experience in a call center environment supporting a large employee base
• Previous experience using Incident and Knowledge base systems
• Desirable to have 2 years support experience with iOS devices

The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 annually, and Flexion offers a comprehensive benefit package to all employees
