CODAworx Artist Onboarding Internship

CODAworx is an Internet company that is devoted to help artists get artwork commissions. We connect all members of the industry, matching creative talent with creative opportunities, and providing digital tools that streamline the commission workflow process.

In August 2022, CODAworx is launching CODAmarket, a new service that will connect artists to buyers of their work. We are seeking a summer intern to assist with the launch. At CODAworx, you will be part of a young company that is redefining the art world and artist monetization. Description of job, duties, and tasks: This Internship will support the Artist Onboarding Specialist and Director of Member Services in setting up digital portfolios on the CODAmarket website. Tasks will include:

searching national and global websites for artists whose work is appropriate for CODAmarket;

introducing CODAmarket to new artist contacts and developing relationships with public art agents and other appropriate commission opportunities;

This Internship will take place from May – August 2022. Hours are flexible and will range from 6-8 hours per week, depending on the Intern’s schedule. CODAworx staff works together onsite on Tuesday through Thursday, so internship working hours will be during those days.

Eligibility: Open to all college students and recent graduates. Art background preferred.

Compensation: This is an hourly position at Company headquarters (621 Williamson Street) in Madison, WI. The position pays $20 per hour.
