- Qualifications: ? 3+ years of demonstrated experience in computer security-related disciplines, particularly in the governance, risk, and compliance focus areas. ? 5+ years of demonstrated project management and/or leadership experience in computer security-related disciplines, for example, familiarity in the following subject areas: GRC tool implementations, implementation of technical controls and processes to support continuous monitoring requirements, project management for remediation activities pertaining to pen tests, risk assessments, and various internal or external audit findings. ? Experience leading, coordinating, and tracking status of activities and communications across Job Description multiple cross-functional technology teams on short notice within a very fast-paced and fluid environment ? Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills. Experienced in technical writing and ability to articulate (both written and verbal) complex cybersecurity concepts for non-technical audiences. ? Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization ? Waterfall or Agile experience in the dual role of project manager and scrum master is a plus ? Ability to understand and document business requirements (prior business analyst experience) preferred ? Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as SOX, PCI-DSS, CIS, NIST, and ISO ? Plan, manage, monitor, and close program milestones as described in the project charter ? Effectively manage and report on risks and mitigation, scope, budget, and timelines Must haves: ?
