Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Duties Include: Support Engineer 2 will work closely with Studio Management, various Directors and leads to understand and act upon the studio's IT related needs Perform PC Hardware procurement, setup, and recycling Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquires or complaints Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio As a Support Engineer 2, you will handle user account management Work with the larger Company IT teams to engage on best practices and working through technical concernsREQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in a procurement position; Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required Experience with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps Scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus7 Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in supporting multiple OSes a bonusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
