RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA looking for a Senior Technical Support Lead. This candidate would ideally have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience. This is an immediate fully onsite position.Responsibilities: Senior Technical Support Lead will act as a primary technical contact and point of escalation for the IT Operations Team Lead team through daily execution and take ownership of task prioritization or recalibration during their Team's Shift Schedule Perform implementation, maintenance, monitoring, performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and continual improvement of all IT environments As a Senior Technical Support Lead, you will coordinate the day-to-day workloads, assignments, and needs of the team Drive implementation, improvements, maintenance, and alerting of the overall environment supported Assist team in troubleshooting, break-fix, change tasks across an Enterprise Windows Infrastructure Participate in and serve as escalation point (on-call) should emergency onsite support be needed by the offshore team - only during afterhours within the shift scheduled daysREQUIREMENTS: Requires 3-5+ years of technical experience in a large enterprise environment At least 2+ years of leading a team of support individuals Experience with OS performance tuning, troubleshooting, and analyzing log files within a windows-based environment Experience using scripting languages (PowerShell preferred) Basic understanding of L2/L3 networking (Cisco preferred)Schedule Requirements:This candidate will be expected to work in a 24x7 shift model under the following criteria: Each shift will be 12 hours and scheduled as 3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on, 4 days off, etc. Example shift: Sunday-Wednesday from 7am-7pm The shift lead role will be assigned direct reports who have the same 24/7 shift schedulesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
