job summary:Our Seattle based client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team starting remotely and eventually onsite. This role is in the Retail QA team in the our client's technology organization. Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals
• Assign individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project
• Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live
• Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs

• Provide project updates with a regular cadence, managing RAID logs, and escalating risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as project manager; 3+ years leading technical projects; retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master
• Experience working in agile delivery methodology

• Demonstrated experience in managing $1Mk+ annual budgets
• Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an eye for details
• Proven experience with enterprise systems and application implementation
• strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Demonstrated experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, Miro
• strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: Experience leading a global team
• Preferred: MDM experience
