Job Description:Program ManagementManage day to day Digital Store operations, including product onboarding, site updates, promotion, etc. Manage new request intake process and gather requirements from business stakeholders. Assign work items through Azure DevOps (A DO) to Web Production and Quality Assurance teams for execution. Manage end to end production activities including schedule creation, task management, status reporting, change management, and risk issue management. Oversee team capacity and discussp rioritization with stakeholders.# Create best practices and workflow excellence that support continuous process efficiency and KPI improvements# Support the overall business vision by ensuring high-quality customer experience while focusing onca pacity and delivery dates# Standardize the intake process, manage the roadmaps of launches, and run sustain activities# Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously within available resource capacity# Hold prioritization and capacity dis cussions with stakeholders to support regional promotions, site updates, and campaign readiness# Manage end to end production lifecycle from planning, scheduling, execution, launch, to post-mortem in partnership with business stakeholders# Host lau nch calls and work flexible hours outside of the normal business hour day per launch schedule# Drive launch change management to ensure all priority changes are complete before launches# Drive regional run sustain change management to ensure operat ions are uninterrupted while also upholding agility and supporting business requirements# Manage risk mitigation strategies. Identify risks, determine risk owners, drive mitigation plans, and escalate to stakeholders if necessary# Manage technicalr eadiness, including but not limited to, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dry runs for new features, new processes, and changes, requirement gathering, and test product management# Identify areas for improvements in tooling and processes and propose so lutions# Develop positive relationships with Site Ops Managers PMs and stakeholders# Understand the technical aspects of the tools and systems to tackle engineering conversationsPrevious E-commerce domain experience (especially AEM) is a plus Thanks,Melvin
