Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and the competitive landscape of your product area Drive user experience design through different phases of the product lifecycle while balancing multiple constraints and competing priorities Influence product and design directions and deliver a variety of design outputs, from high level concepts to detailed designs to interactive prototypes, to guide product development Collaborate with researchers, program managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high quality user experiences with measurable impact Articulate design rationale in clear and compelling ways to various stakeholders and audiencesREQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of UX design experience Strong portfolio depicting 2-3 examples of your work Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and organizations Exceptional written & verbal communication and persuasion skills Thorough knowledge and experience with a range of design methods Ability to frame and align to clear problems, vision, and goals Ability to move from low-fi concept definition to iterative prototyping, to hi-fidelity design deliverables Experience working with or in other UX design sub-disciplines (e.g., UX research, content design, etc.) - Experience working with and evolving design systems Experience facilitating design workshops (nice to have)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
