Title: Robotics Process Automation Developer

Location: Chantilly, VA or Springfield, VA

Terms: Full-time

Schedule: On-site – standard core hours

TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance is a must

SUMMARYThis RPA Developer position requires 4+ years of experience with .NET Programming, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and a willingness to learn new technologies. The candidate should have strong communication skills, thrive is a fast-paced environment, and hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. Responsibilities include supporting the RPA team, designing, and automating business processes, and discussing use cases with process owners!

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with two years relevant experience or High school diploma with four years relevant experience
  • 4+ years' experience with .NET programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
  • 3+ years' experience developing applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Willing to learn new technologies such as UI Path and Robotics Process Automation
  • Experience with Business Process Design, Gathering, and Automation
  • A curious, questioning attitude that leads them to look past superficial appearances to find deeper problems, insights, and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills include presenting quantitative concepts in easy-to-understand formats and actively listening to identify business problems and their causes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Join our team and play a key role in helping to design our clients roadmap to the future and help transform the marketplace.
  • support our client's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team in performing all aspects of the RPA life cycle, from intake and prioritization to requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment of automation.
  • Work with process owners to discuss use cases and finalize requirements.
  • Design and automate Business Processes
  • Design, develop and implement UI Path solution.
