The candidate should have strong communication skills, thrive is a fast-paced environment, and hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. Responsibilities include supporting the RPA team, designing, and automating business processes, and discussing use cases with process owners!Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with two years relevant experience or High school diploma with four years relevant experience
- 4+ years' experience with .NET programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
- 3+ years' experience developing applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Willing to learn new technologies such as UI Path and Robotics Process Automation
- Experience with Business Process Design, Gathering, and Automation
- A curious, questioning attitude that leads them to look past superficial appearances to find deeper problems, insights, and solutions.
- Strong communication skills include presenting quantitative concepts in easy-to-understand formats and actively listening to identify business problems and their causes.
