Have a working knowledge of CCTV cameras, VMS software, access control systems, etc.2.) Provide support to the System Integrator (Partner) and to the End User via phone and remote connections.3.) Diagnose, identify, isolate and resolve problems via a process of elimination within the customers VMS software or CCTV cameras4.) Provide training to new partners & end users.5.) Developing and maintaining relationships with users and integrators.6.) Ability to design and support network typology.7.) Ability to work within virtualized systems.8.) Assist in maintaining local demo system with updating software and adding or removing hardware.9.) Create and pull Ethernet and Coax Cables within our demo system, including installing CCTV Cameras and other additional edge devices.Interested in hearing more?
