Identity and Access Management Specialist

This is a contract-to-hire position with a great organization. As a contractor for Smith Johnson, you are eligible for medical, dental, life, disability, PTO and a matching retirement plan. • Responsible for provisioning activities and executing day-to-day tasks to include creating, deleting, disabling, enabling, unlocking and modifying user accounts.
• Responsible for ensuring that provisioning actions are compliant and performed in accordance with provisioning policies.
• Responsible for service delivery levels for provisioning requests and actions.
• Interacts with customers to understand their requirements.
• Ensures that the provisioning operations are operating in an efficient manner.
• Makes recommendations for area's of improvement to team manager, Governance analysts, or IAM engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 Years of Active Directory
• 1 Year of Mainframe Experience is a plus
