Solutions Architect FI/CO

We are looking for a Solutions Architect - Finance Controlling to join our IT team. As the Solution Architect, you will make a critical and strategic contribution to the transformation of our IT team. Your success will require you to work closely with IT team members and business stakeholders to understand business needs, and then architect solutions that meet requirements.Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Solution Managers, IT Partners, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers to facilitate the creation and documentation of all cloud architectures based on requirements.
• Designing the architecture for technology solutions that fulfill business and functional requirements.
• Ensuring alignment with the business architecture of the solution domain, the internal architecture of the solution, and enterprise architecture.
• Working with other Architects on cross-domain solutions
• Investigating and recommending emerging technologies as needed, and developing the Technology Roadmap for the domain architecture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Solution Architect, technical, or engineering experience is required
• 3+ years experience working in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 experience including at least one full life cycle implementation (Experience with S/4 is preferred)
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO, including experience integrating FI/CO with other modules and external products, e.g. banks and credit card partners
• 3 years of experience designing and architecting Finance and Controlling solutions
• Experience working with third party suppliers and teams around the globe
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into business solutions
• Ability to be resourceful and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Proficiency with change management and testing requirements, techniques, and tools
• Strong documentation skills
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours when necessary to support global efforts
