Role: Senior Technical Recruiting Lead (Client Site) Location: Dallas, TX Type of Hire: Contract/ Full time Job Requirements: We are looking for a client site Staffing Recruiter to manage our clients' recruitment activity in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good experience with Stakeholder Management.
• Provide exceptional client services and full-life cycle recruiting.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in IT requirements.
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Prescreens candidates through phone interviews and face-to-face interviews. Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager for follow-up interviews.
• Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
• Able to understand the local market and proactively build a pipeline.

Qualifications:

• College degree required
• 5-8 years of recruiting experience required, recruiting for federal contracts preferred
• Good knowledge of Visa types and Tax Terms.
• Hands on experience in handling VMS Systems like (Field Glass, Pro unlimited, Beeline)
• Should have experience in using different job boards to perform searches
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Internet recruiting tools
