Job DetailsJob DetailsDemonstrates advanced knowledge of network administration.Responsible for the configuration and deployment of networking infrastructure.Provides extensive knowledge of Enterprise networking, data center with VMware experience, and security functions of the business units.Identifies and resolves networking issues with root cause analysis.Provides ongoing project management and technical guidance on various network projects.Assists with on-call rotation within the IT staff.Responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable designs and configurations.Team player who provides mentorship to junior team members.Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.Demonstrates regular punctual attendance and adheres to policies and procedures.Required to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.Receives instructions, prioritizes tasks, and completes duties assigned by manager.Performs all duties following organizational chain of command.Performs other duties as assigned.Must present a professional office appearance.Ability to move around office, sitting for long periods of time, and ability to lift 50 lbs.High School diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.At least five years network administration, data center with VMware, and proven track record in security or secure practices.Cisco Certified Network Professional - Enterprise or Data Center.Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR and ASR required.Strong knowledge and experience with Meraki MX, MS, and MR.Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Cisco Nexus Dashboard (Multisite Orchestrator).Strong knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere.Strong knowledge and experience with Routing Protocols, using EIGRP, OSPF, and/or BGP.Strong Core/Dist/Edge/Access, data center, and wireless experience.Must have proficient ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.Excellent ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with Cisco DNA and ISE experience a plus.Experience with NGFW, CDFW, VPN, NAC and IAM experience a plus.Additional Cisco and VMware certifications are a plus.Interested in hearing more?
