Manager of Incident Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Manager for their Incident Management Team in Dallas, TX. This will be an integral role in a growing Incident Management structure for an industry leader. Responsibilities: The Manager of Incident Management will be refining processes and procedures Post Incident Reviews Working through and establishing on-calls Working varying hours to ensure technology processes Technology knowhow to handle situations personally, or delegate to the proper team member The Manager of Incident Management will lead a team of Incident Managers for best practices and career growth Work with other leadership to ensure best in solutionsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in related field 9+ years of technology experience, with major experience in enterprise-level environments 4+ years of experience with Distributed Systems 4+ years of experience in Incident Management Cloud Technology/Solutions experience ITSM experience Leadership experience is required Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
