Job Title: Lead Developer, SharePoint & Power AppsJob Summary: Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Analyst for SharePoint & Power Apps to drive new implementations and process improvements, maintain and configure applications, and provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in developing custom solutions and applications based on Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013 or newer (on premise) as well as developing solutions and apps based on Power Apps and Power Automate.Key Accountabilities: The Lead Analyst will be responsible for leading daily operational activities, identifying and implementing automation and continuous improvement initiatives, engaging business users and process owners, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and driving positive working relationships with technology teams, business teams, and vendors. The Lead Analyst will also design and create metrics for improved measurement and reporting, update documentation, apply value drivers to identify and deliver innovative value creation ideas, identify opportunities to increase adoption and communication of TS processes through training and engagement, apply understanding of financial principles to team initiatives, and provide domain guidance to less experienced team members.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in developing custom solutions and applications based on Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013 or newer (on premise), at least 3 years of experience in developing custom solutions in SharePoint Online based on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and at least 3 years of experience in developing solutions and apps based on Power Apps and Power Automate. Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certifications relating to Power Platform and SharePoint, ITIL, CSM, AWS) are a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have 10-12 years of professional experience in a technology or business field, proven ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level communications and interact with leaders.The Lead Analyst should also possess superior attention to detail, be trustworthy and dependable, learn quickly, and be self-motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges. The candidate must be comfortable sharing ideas and finding innovative ways to resolve challenges, and have proven ability to build support among peers and create positive relationships with peers and stakeholders. Expert-level knowledge of Power Automate workflows, strong hands-on development and admin experience in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies for on-prem as well as O365 version of SharePoint, experience migrating content from on-prem version of SharePoint to SharePoint Online, experience with building and supporting PowerApps and custom applications on the SharePoint platform, and experience with Business Process and Forms – InfoPath are also required.If you are an experienced Lead Analyst with a passion for driving innovation and process improvements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
