Java Full Stack Technical Lead

Role : Java Full Stack Technical Lead Austin, TX Fulltime Experience: 10 - 12 years Who are we looking for? Full stack lead developer / technical lead having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich Web Applications using Angular, Java/J2EE Spring stack in Agile development environment. Must have prior experience in a customer facing role with strong communication skills across multiple teams. Technical Skills: Must have at least hands-on experience in UI development. Experience in Angular 14+ and SDET skills will be a great advantage. Must have at least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing rich UI web applications using Java Skills req uired: - Core Java - Microservices development - Spring - Spring Boot - Spring Cloud (Experience in PCF is a great plus) - HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap - Unit testing using Jasmine, Karma - JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket Must have good understanding of TDD and unit testing Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development Process Skills: Thorough understanding of agile development methodology Very good experience in Test Driven Development. Very good understanding of test automation process Behavioral Skills : Team player rather than an individual contributor At least 2 years of team leading experience including; - lead a team of 4 - 10 resources at offshore - able to work directly with customer stakeholders - able to communicate clearly in oral and writing - identify risks, plan mitigation - escalate on time to customers and leaders - good in prioritizing work and time management - able to delegate work and get done with quality - good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box Qualification: 8+ years of hands-on experience in web application development Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
