The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise-level business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software architecture, design, and development, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. This is a challenging role, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level business applications using Microsoft Power Platform
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements to create software solutions that meet client needs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and apply them to software development projects
- Evaluate third-party software solutions and recommend solutions to clients
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Common Data Service (CDS)
- Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors
- Familiarity with Azure services and architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
