What 3GPP SA3 do: The WG will perform analysis of potential threats to 3GPP systems. Based on the threat analysis, the WG will determine the security and privacy requirements for 3GPP systems and specify the security architectures and protocols. Also desired knowledge/experience: Development of the Security Assurance Specifications (SCAS). A SCAS defines the security requirements and test cases for network equipment implementing one or more 3GPP Network Functions.
