Key requirements are:
- Strong delivery management and delivery excellence experience
- Experience on Account/Portfolio management, account mining for large Digital transformation program
- Experience in develop operating model for QE transformation, innovations, drive revenue and margin accountability
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a leader managing high performing teams
- Strong Test Automation skill on Selenium Java, Core Java development background. Any other programming languages would be an added advantage
- Proficient in designing multiple automation framework including on mobile platforms (Android, IOS) )using Appium
- Ability to manage large delivery assignments independently.
- Demonstrated ability to perform QE transformation/ implement automation best practices across projects and programs
- Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation at hand and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and facilitate actions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A deep passion for quality, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong client communication and management skills, able to operate on onshore/offshore model
- Knowledge on Devops delivery model (CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Strong at DES related technologies
