- 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales Engineering for B2B SaaS Products.
- At least 2+ years of sales engineering leadership experience, running a team of at least 5-10+ direct reports.
- Strong front end engineering coding understanding or ability (JavaScript, DOM, React, Node, UX/UI).
- Proven experience managing a team responsible for RFP's, POC's and Pre-Sales activities like running product demos.
- Demonstrated experience charting and graphing in Excel (pivots, macros, Vlookup), ETL, or data software experience (Tableau or similar).
- Prior work experience in a VC funded SaaS Start-up experience is a strong & considerable plus!
- Willingness to be in office 5 days per week! Hybrid schedules are available, but on-site presence is preferred.
- Prior management consulting experience in release engineering, digital transformation or BI.
- Experience overseeing technical support engineering and/or technical customer success managers.
