Accessibility Test Engineer Seeking an accessibility test engineer to perform testing on a wide-range of products. Testing will be performed on multiple platforms and types of hardware. This is an entry/mid level position and will not require any management skills. RequirementsMust haves

  • At least 2 - 3 years of Accessibility testing experience. Ability to efficiently test with a wide range of assistive technology and browser combinations.
  • Experience using screen readers on both, web and mobile.
  • Must have good communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand way
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and assistive technologies
  • Acquainted with using screen magnifiers
  • Acquainted with accessibility guidelines (ex. WCAG, Section 508, VPAT etc.)
  • Willing to work in the PST time zone.
  • Experience using automation testing tools like aXe, lighthouse, etc.
  • Team player and willing to work with team members.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred skills:
  • Comfortable with Braille.
  • Experience writing unit tests for test automation.
